PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY CERTIFICATE IN TOURISM MARKETING – (PCCTM)

WHAT IS IT IN FOR YOU?
The objective of the programme is to train you to be competent in the sales and marketing of tourism industry. The focus is on developing strategic marketing framework for tourist market in Malaysia. Upon completion of the programme you will be awarded a Professional Competency Certificate in Tourism Marketing (PCCTM).

FOR WHOM
The programme is designed for those who are involved in the marketing and selling of tourism industry such as owners and employees of tourism industry, tourism planners, hotel and airline managers, and executives who want to improve their company’s performance in terms of productivity, profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness, and provide them an opportunity to enhance their career development in the industry.

ENTRY QUALIFICATION
1. A degree in any field with a minimum 3 years of working experiences; Or
2. A diploma in any field with a minimum of 5 years experience.
(Those who do not meet the above requirement can be considered through a test and an interview)

PROGRAMME DURATION
1. The programme will be conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays over a three-month period (12 days).
2. For a specially tailored programme classes can be conducted in the evening from 6pm-9pm, twice a week.
3. Programme will commence in July, 2010. Only limited number of places is available.

FEE
The fee is RM6,750-00 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty) per participant.
