Application Procedures
Application must be made through the prescribed form, which may be obtained from
UMCCed office or can be downloaded here.
All
enclosed academic records and other supporting documents must be certified true
copies.
A complete application should consist of the following items:

complete, signed application form with a passport size photograph |

Copy of Identification Card / Passport |
Copy of SPM/ MCE or GCE 'O' Level
Certificate or equivalent and |
|
Copy of STPM/HSC or GCE 'A' Level Certificate or equivalent; OR
|
|
Copy of other Certificate /Diploma / Bachelor Degree. |
Additional Requirements :

Letter of Reference from the current employer (if any) |

Processing fees of RM15.00 (postal order/money order) payable to UMCCed.(Non-refundable) |
