The Certificate of Completion in Retail Operations Programme provides trainees an introduction to the Retail Industry. This programme focuses on key areas of the Front Line aspects which allow Front Line employees or trainees to understand its functions, specifically in the retail Industry. Upon completion of this programme, trainees could seek a career in the Industry.
