This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the human resources sector who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.
Managers with responsibilities that extend across the organisation or across significant parts of a large organisation. Also to those who may have a dedicated role in human resources management, human resources development, or work in a strategic policy or planning area.
Part time: 6 months programme weekends.
Full time: 4 months programme over the weekdays.
Various tools and techniques will be used to enhance learning and ensure transfer of knowledge and competency for practical application.
This programme is highly interactive and participative which will be conducted through lectures, discussions and exercises.
