Stress Management Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Introduction
Research has shown that excessive levels of stress can result in higher medical costs, more sick leaves granted lower productivity and satisfaction, and higher staff turnover. Stress has been shown to be linked with heart disease, hypertension and stroke. Therefore, rather than treating the physiological and psychological outcomes of stress, it would be more prudent to prevent the stress from reaching dangerously high levels in the first place.

This course comes in three parts i.e. Parts 1, 2 and 3 and collectively uses a series of unique technologies called Hypnosis, NLP and Time Line TherapyTM. Hypnosis is a technique that is regularly used in the US and has been recognised by the American Medical Association as complimentary treatment. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is how we model excellence in personal emotional state management, structure of success, linguistic competency and pattern of behavioural excellence. Time Line TherapyTM is a revolutionary method developed and trademarked by Dr Tad James to remove harmful negative emotions from past memories.

This is Part 2 of the course – in which participants will learn how to use NLP in stress management.
