Science / Arts Stream (Current Year)

Pass STPM with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

and

Obtained of at least Grade B in STPM for Syariah / Usuluddin;

and

Obtained of at least Grade B in STPM for Bahasa Arab;

and

(Current Year)

Pass Islamic Studies Foundation (Universiti Malaya) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

and

Obtained of at least Jayyid Jiddan in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM);

and

Obtained of at least Grade B in SPM for any two (2) of the following subjects:

• Bahasa Arab/ Al-Lughah al- ‘Arabiah al-Mu’asirah / Turath Bahasa Arab
• Pendidikan Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah/ Maharat al-Quran/ Al-Syariah / Turath al-quran dan al-sunnah
• Pendidikan Syari’ah Islamiah/ Hifz al-Quran/ Usul al-Din
• Tasawwur Islam;

and

REQUIREMENT 1

Possessed a Diploma in Islamic Studies or the relevant field recognised by Malaysian Government and approved by the University Senate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;

and

Obtained of at least Grade B in SPM for Bahasa Arab / Al-Lughah Al- Arabiah Al-Mu’asirah / Turath Bahasa Arab and at least Grade B in Diploma for Bahasa Arab;

and

Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application

 
OR

REQUIREMENT 2

Pass STPM not within the current year with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and a minimum of Grade B in STPM for Syariah/ Usuluddin;

and

Obtained of at least Grade B in Bahasa Arab in STPM;

and

Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application

Not offered.

• National Higher School Certificate (or an Advanced Level equivalent) with the grade B or 80% in the subjects on the CGE / A-level or equivalent;

• A Diploma from recognized Institutions with the least a CGPA of 3.00

and

• Take and pass Malay and/or English courses. Exceptions are given to candidates who have one of the following approvals:
• Score of 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT) or 80 (IBT) in TOEFL
• Band of 6.0 and above in IELTS (Academic)
• Grade C6 and above in Malay or English for General Certificate of Secondary Education (0 Level), University of Cambridge
• Pass in Malay or English for General Certificate of Education (A Level), University of Cambridge

Students must complete a total of 131 credit in order to be awarded the Bachelor in Usuluddin.
Students must take and pass all courses / subjects prescribed as:

• Fee for local student
