Master of Usuluddin (Aqidah and Islamic Thought)

The programmes offer a study related to the principles of Usuluddin in multidisciplinary areas including Aqidah and Islamic Thought, al-Quran and al-Hadith, Dakwah and Human Development, History and Islamic Civilization. The programmes uniquely represent an integration between Islamic and contemporary knowledge. This programme is designed in the following two modes:

  •  Coursework and Research
  •  Research
Entry Requirements

A good bachelor’s degree in Usuluddin with a minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class honours from recognized universities. Bachelor in general Islamic Studies or other certificates with Islamic majors can be considered as equivalent to Usuluddin bachelor degree, or other qualifications approved by the Senate from time to time.
