Pass the STPM with at least a CGPA of 3.00;

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the STPM level in the following subject:

• Bahasa Melayu/ Kesusasteraan Melayu Komunikatif/ Sejarah/ Ekonomi/ Perakaunan/ Pengajian Perniagaan;

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the SPM level in the following subject:

• Bahasa Melayu/ Kesusasteraan Melayu

and
Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION  (Current Year)

Pass the Matriculation/Foundation with at least a CGPA of 3.00;

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the SPM level in the following subject:

Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application

STAM

(Current Year)

Attain at least Jayyid Jiddan in the Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) examination;

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the SPM level in the following subject:

• Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia/Kesusasteraan Melayu;

and
Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT

REQUIREMENT 1

Possess a Diploma in any related fields from other institutions recognised by the Government of Malaysia and approved by the University’s Senate with at least a CGPA of 3.00;

and
Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

OR

REQUIREMENT 2

Pass STPM not in current year with at least a CGPA of 3.00 and Obtained at least Grade B at the STPM level in the following subject:

• Bahasa Melayu/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Kesusasteraan Melayu Komunikatif/ Sejarah/ Ekonomi/ Perakaunan/ Pengajian Perniagaan;

and
Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

(A-LEVEL, AUSMAT, IB, PRE UNIVERSITY)

Have five (5) years working experience in related fields;

and
Obtained at least five (5) credit at the SPM level in the following subject:

• Bahasa Melayu
• Bahasa Inggeris
• Sejarah
• Economics
• Science
• Mathematics
• Geografi
• Perdagangan
• Kesusasteraan Melayu
• Any one (1) other subject;

and
Obtained at least band 2.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 2.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application.

Students must complete a total of 128 credit in order to be awarded the Bachelor of Professional Malay Language.

Students must take and pass all courses / subjects prescribed as:
