Bachelor of Science in Architecture
The Bachelor of Science in Architecture programme provides constitutes the first tier of the two-tier system. The programme provides solid academic foundation for those who wish to pursue professional architect qualification. In this 3-year intensive course, design is taught as the core subject into which knowledge on other subjects are integrated. The BSc. Architecture course is also programmed as a stand alone undergraduate course that is sufficient for students who do not wish to continue on to the Master of Architecture programme, but to venture into related fields.

Mathematics (T) or Mathematics (M) or Physics or Economy or Engineering Physics or Accounting;
and
One (1) other subject, including the above subject
and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
and
Pass the drawing test and the interview
and
Not suffering from any vision impairments (blind in both eyes)
DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT
Science / Arts Stream
REQUIREMENT 1
Possessed a Diploma from public universities / Polytechnics of the Department of Higher Education Malaysia in the field of Real Estate or related to Built Environment / Geomatic that is recognised by the Malaysian Government and approved by the University Senate with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
and
Pass the drawing test and the interview
and
Not suffering from any vision impairments (blind in both eyes)
OR
REQUIREMENT 2
Pass STPM not within the current year with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
and
Obtained at least Grade B in the following subjects:
Mathematics (T) or Mathematics (M) or Physics or Economy or Accounting;
and
One (1) other subject including the above subject;
and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM in four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
and
Pass the drawing test and the interview
and
Not suffering from any vision impairments (blind in both eyes)
OR
REQUIREMENT 3

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENT 1
Possessed a recognised GCE A-Level qualification with at least of Grade B for A-Level in one (1) of the following subjects:
Mathematics or Physics or Accounting or Economics;
and
One (1) other subject including the above subject
and
Obtained of least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
However, applicants who do not possess a MUET but possessed the following results may be considered for a conditional offer with the fulfilment of the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:
Obtained at least Band 4.5 (Academic) in IELTS;
or
Obtained at least 477 points (PBT) / 153 points (CBT) / 53 points (IBT) in TOEFL
and
Pass the drawing test and the interview
and
Not suffering from any vision impairments (blind in both eyes)
OR
REQUIREMENT 2
Possessed an Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) with a minimum score of Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 80 percent and 16 score points (High Achievement) in one (1) of the following subjects;
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance;
- Three (3) other subjects besides the above subject
and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
However, applicants who do not possess a MUET but possessed the following results may be considered for a conditional offer with the fulfilment of the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:
Obtained at least Band 4.5 (Academic) in IELTS;
or
Obtained at least 477 points (PBT) / 153 points (CBT) / 53 points (IBT) in TOEFL

REQUIREMENT 3
Possessed a recognised International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) qualification with a minimum score of 30 points and Grade 5 in any of the following one (1) subjects:
Mathematics or Physics or English or Economics;
and
One (1) other subject including the above subject;
and
Obtained at least Grade B in SPM for four (4) subjects, including Mathematics
and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application
However, applicants who do not possess a MUET but possessed the following results may be considered for a conditional offer with the fulfilment of the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session:

Students must complete a total of 120 credits in order to be awarded the Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
