Pass the Matriculation or Pre-Study Pharmacy/Medicine with at least CGPA 3.80;

Pass the Foundation in science with at least CGPA 3.80;

Obtained at least Grade A in two (2) subjects and Grade A-in one (1) subject at the Matriculation/ Foundation level with the combination of following subjects:

• Biology
• Chemistry

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the SPM Level in the following subjects:

Possess a Diploma in Pharmacy or Science from Public University / other institutions recognized by the Government of Malaysia/Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and approved by the University’s Senate with at least CGPA 3.80;

and
Obtained at least Grade B in the following subjects:

• Chemistry
• Biology
• Physics

and
Obtained at least Grade B at the SPM Level in the following subjects:

• English
• Biology;
• Chemistry;
• Physics;
• Mathematics/Additional Mathematics; and
• Any one (1) from other subject

and
Obtained at least band 3.0 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the exam session 1 of 2021 or band 3.0 for examination up to the year of 2020 according to the validity period on the date of application

and

Bachelor’s Degree in Science from any institution recognized by the Senate with at least CGPA 3.50;

• Mathematics/Additional Mathematics; and
• Any one (1) from other subject

and

Students must complete a total of 140 credit in order to be awarded the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons).
